Four arguments are presented against fluoridation of drinking water. (1) The nerve poison' fluorine lowers intelligence. (2) It promotes dental caries among chil- dren in low-income families. (3) There is a very real danger of a population-threatening Y2K catastrophe. (4) Policy changes are suggested.
