Multivariate analysis of eleven dimension of schizophrenia with Sudanese patients were carried out. Multiple regression and factor analysis supported the "cumulative biological risk" conceptualization of Park, Templer, Cantield and Cappelletty. Visual hallucinations and febrile illness at onset were associated with more unfavorable prognosis. The findings were related to the Russian literature on "febrile schizophrenia".
